1. Applicants are required to register via this system using the Identity Card/Passport, password and email address.
2. Applicants are advised to check the list of programmes offered before make the application.
3. Applicants need to click the SEND button to submit the complete application.
4. Applicants DON’T HAVE to send any documents by post after submitting the application through this online system.
5. Payment of processing fees:
   1. Centre for Academic Management
      1. Local: RM 30.00
      2. International: RM 100.00 @ USD30
   2. Shaping Advanced & Professional Education Center (UKMShape)
      1. Local: RM 50.00
      2. International: RM 100.00 @ USD30
6. Applicant should check application status via online portal (use own identity card/passport and password) from time to time

Notes:
– UKM will not process any incomplete online application including those without processing fees.
– Application fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
